We take full responsibility for the quality and service of all products purchased from our website. If your order has any of the following issues, please contact us, and we will address it promptly.
- Broken or Damaged Items
- If your order arrives broken or damaged, please take a photo of the damaged item alongside the package, ensuring the shipping label is clearly visible. Send the photo to luke1229@gmail.com or contact our online customer service. You have 14 days to report the damage. Once we review the issue, we will promptly confirm whether you prefer a refund or a replacement.
- If you accidentally damage your product's accessories, please contact us, and we will offer you a special discount and promptly arrange for a replacement.
- Legal Disclaimer: Please dispose of all broken glass products carefully. We are not liable for any injuries caused by broken glass products.
- Incorrect Items
- If you receive an item from Dfuzdeop that is different from what you ordered, please take a photo of the item, ensuring the shipping label is clearly visible, and send it to luke1229@gmail.com or contact our online customer service. You have 14 days to report the incorrect item. Once the error is confirmed, we will promptly arrange a replacement.
- Defective Items
- A defect is anything that interferes with the intended function of the product, making it unusable. This includes:
- Cracks
- Leaks
- Severe restrictions
- Poorly fitting accessories
- Decals that peel off, have holes, or are severely crooked or deformed
- Blocked airflow
- Unusual fragility (breaking upon a normal fall does not count as unusual)
- If your item has any of these issues, please contact us immediately, providing photo or video evidence, and email it to luke1229@gmail.com. We will promptly process a refund or arrange a replacement.
- Please note that slight variations in the dimensions of glass products may occur due to unit differences. Minor aesthetic defects that fall within our acceptable quality standards are not eligible for replacement or refund.
